Apostle Dr. Connie Brooks is a native of the Island of Antigua, West Indies. She has lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for over forty years. She is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Jubilee International Ministries.
Apostle Connie is known for her ministry nationally and globally, especially with women leaders. She is the CEO of CRAVE and Born to Reign International, and Founder of the Cluster Organization.
Apostle Connie earned a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Abundant Word Bible College and is married to Overseer Neville Brooks.
